The 2010 Family Tree of Caring Program Grows Your Support
 |
Someone you know will be positively impacted by your gift to Lloydminster Region Health Foundation! Just in time for Mother’s Day and Father’s Day, the LRHF is pleased to bring back the Family Tree of Caring program. Here is your opportunity to remember or honor your mother and father with a gift to Lloydminster Region Health Foundation, and to place a special ornament on the Family Tree located in the Dr. Cooke Extended Care Centre or the Jubilee Home.
Funds raised through the Family Tree of Caring will help support the Track Lifting project at the Dr. Cooke Extended Care Centre- which will help lift and move your loved ones with ease and safety. It will also help support the Jubilee Home, through the purchase of specialized equipment and necessary patient-comfort items- little touches that make the Jubilee Home a lot more like “home”. |
If you would like to honor or remember your special loved one through placing an ornament on the Family Tree of Caring, please call the Foundation office at 306-820-6161, click “Donate Now” and select Family Tree of Caring from the drop-down menu, or mail your donation to:
Lloydminster Region Health Foundation
3820-43 Avenue
Lloydminster, SK S9V 1Y5
Your gift stays local, and helps positively impact residents at the Dr. Cooke Extended Care Centre and the Jubilee Home.
Memorial gifts are a beautiful way to remember a loved one or special person, so let us become your charity of choice as you celebrate the circle of life. Donations made in memory of your loved one can be designated to a specific area, where they will continually impact healthcare for the better.
When a memorial gift is made, a card is sent to the family of your loved one in recognition of that gift. The amount will not be disclosed, and you will receive a charitable receipt.
To make a donation in memory of your loved one, please click on the “Donate Now” button located near the top of the screen, or call 306-820-6161. Your gift truly makes a difference!
